This text reviews the study and recipe book entitled Practical Manual for Food Sovereignty. Gastronomy, Community, and Resistance from Cosoltepec to the World, a work that recovers the political, cultural, social, and identity dimensions of Indigenous Oaxacan cuisine. This work was published by the Institute of Anthropological Research of the National Autonomous University of Mexico in 2024.
